Dylan directs the strategic vision of Dionysus, overseeing promotions, operations, and key firm relationships while shaping the company’s identity and future. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Dylan has served as Director of Promotions at The Palace and currently runs Operations at Meyerson Associates Security, where he provides private security for high-end clients and exclusive events. His role in event production allows him to forge valuable brand partnerships that enhance the company's offerings. A native New Yorker with a deep cross-industry network, Dylan brings a wealth of connections and expertise. He holds a B.A. in History from Baruch College and has a background in Finance from Skidmore College.

He serves as the primary liaison for brand partnerships with artistic partners and venues, ensuring brand cohesion and collaboration. In addition to leading marketing efforts, Griffin plays a pivotal role in the company’s music

He serves as the primary liaison for brand partnerships with artistic partners and venues, ensuring brand cohesion and collaboration. In addition to leading marketing efforts, Griffin plays a pivotal role in the company’s music operations, talent acquisition, and event production within the hospitality industry. With a background in technology, database administration, and computer programming, he leverages analytics and digital tools to drive marketing strategy. He also oversees the company's daily operations and logistics as part of the team. Griffin holds a B.A. in Global Business and Finance from Fordham University.

Michael Devine leads Dionysus’ financial and legal operations, overseeing deal structuring, negotiations, and brand partnerships with key partners and sponsors in the hospitality industry. With a background in private equity and private credit, primarily focused on real estate, he has worked at firms including PCCP, Madison Int

Michael Devine leads Dionysus’ financial and legal operations, overseeing deal structuring, negotiations, and brand partnerships with key partners and sponsors in the hospitality industry. With a background in private equity and private credit, primarily focused on real estate, he has worked at firms including PCCP, Madison International Realty, and LMF Commercial in investment and asset management roles. Over his career, Michael has contributed to a variety of deals totaling over $540 million in closed debt and equity investments, playing a crucial role in event production and strategic partnerships. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate from New York University.
